What is it: A pay-per-SOP update for clients who have already purchased a Single SOP, Workflow Bundle, or Full Business Operations Manual. If your process has changed, you have added a new task, or an existing procedure needs amending, I update or add that SOP in your manual. Available from one month after your initial purchase. How we do it: You tell me what has changed or what you want added, either by email or a short call. We make the revision or draft the new SOP in your existing KRC format, send it to you for approval, and replace it in your manual. How long it takes: 2-3 working days
