How It Works

Upon purchase, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a 1-hour consultation. Purchases made after 5pm on Friday will be responded to on Monday morning.

During the consultation, we will discuss the areas of your business you wish to target. We will then either visit your workplace to observe the relevant processes first-hand, or conduct an online meeting to gather the necessary information.

We will create and deliver your documents by email, in PDF format, within the turnaround time stated on the service you purchased. Two rounds of revisions are included.
